Laura Ashley Southwick is a premium waterproof LVT with a satin natural touch finish, integral underlay and Rigid Core Technology. Southwick is a deep and warm walnut shade wood effect with distinctive graining and subtle tonal variation. Ideal for use in most living spaces. Extremely durable and 100% waterproof, it’s ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and studies. It cuts easily with a knife and provides an easy and clean flooring solution which is also resistant to scuffs and stains.
